      I bought Mirror at the 2010 San Diego Comic-Con from Mrs. Goodreau, herself. She is my very first BJD, and I must say that I'm completely enthralled with her. But I think the best thing about Mirror is that she's a tanned doll that can be acquired at a reasonable price. I had searched and searched for a chocolate-skinned doll that is both affordable and left me feeling less apprehensive about handling her. Mirror gives me everything that I'm looking for. More, I get compliments from her from my fellow Black women, who are amazed to not only see a Black doll, but a wonderfully beautiful Black doll. I'm incredibly saddened to see the Mirror sculpt be discontinued. My hope is that, somewhere down the line, Mirror can make a return, maybe both in vinyl and resin form. Please, don't let Mirror die!

      I opened the boy and giggled like a little kid, and squealed with laughter and joy once I had her in my hands. I totally love her. I only play with dolls like me so Mirror was a godsend. I had been looking at Volks dolls for years, but they never made an ethnic doll for us ethnic girls. I was at a sewing class and the teacher was using her BJD as an example and I couldn't stop looking at her. She then told me about Mirror and I started saving right away. Now I want more. Thank you Paulette and Team my doll has brought hours of play and joy and I am sure many, many more await us.

      Really, you cannot see the beauty of this doll...and I did not realize that she came with a wig, so I was pleasantly surprised by that as well. Her eyes are so captivating and she is very smooth and her skin is a gorgeous color...fantastic first BJD. I could not be happier! I cannot wait for my daughter to see her on Christmas. Wonderful Doll!

      My son gave me Mirror Cocoa for my birthday. He found out that I had one on lay-a-way at Denver Doll, went to the store and bought her for me. I love this doll. Not only because she is absolutely beautiful, but because she looks gorgeous in all of her clothes. I buy her new outfits regularly!

      My daughters first msd sized doll was a Goodreau Secret, and still holds a special place in her heart, she bought her with her birthday money in the past, she loved mirror from the moment she was released and was saddened when she was sold out at most retail stores, then saw her here and was over joyed, now her Secret has her sister mirror at last, she is so happy with her and loved the warm color of the cocoa vinyl she is in, much better in person, holds poses well, a great slim msd for any doll lover

      I was very excited to be able to actually see Mirror at a doll store before purchasing her. Her coloring is beautiful, and the finish is very soft looking. It has been a lot of fun choosing wigs for her. You definitely won't be disappointed.
